Regent Gardens Apartments welcomes your four legged friends to select apartments in our community.

There is a 80lb weight limit and a 2 pet maximum per unit. Please note, additional weight restrictions apply to multiple pets in a unit.

Dog breed restrictions include the following breeds and any mix of:

Akita

American Staffordshire Terrier

American Bull Dog

American Bull Terrier

Australian Cattle Dog

Beauceron

Bernese Mountain Dog

Black Russian Terrier

Boxer

Bull Mastiff

Bull Terrier

Canary Dog

Canary Island Dog

Cane Corso

Catahoula Leopard Dog

Chinese Shar Pei

Chow

Dalmation

Doberman Pinscher

Doug De Bordeaux

English Bull Terrier

German Shephard

Great Dane

Jindo Dog

All "mixed/mutt" and “pure” breeds must have certification from a licensed D.V.M. of the actual breed. Unfortunately, Regent Gardens Apartments can not accept any mix/mutt breeds containing any of the above listed breeds.

Cats are allowed. Reptiles/exotic pets are not allowed.

Tenants must be given permission from ownership to have a pet on the premises. Ownership must give the tenant written permission in the form of a pet addendum which is added to the tenant’s lease. Additional pet fees apply. Please call the leasing office at 914-708-9997 for details.
